Melissa McMurray is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with Lake and Company Real Estate, bringing over a 20+ years  of specialized experience in Builder Services and new construction. She expertly guides projects from the initial sale of raw land to builders and developers through the full development cycle—collaborating with architects and designers to help shape thoughtfully designed urban communities. Melissa also works closely with home buyers, providing knowledgeable support throughout the purchasing process.

A Seattle native, Melissa launched her real estate career in Seattle as a Condominium Specialist for one of the city’s top-producing on-site sales teams. She has successfully represented and sold out more than eight mid- and high-rise urban condominium developments. Over the years, she has partnered with prominent local developers including Murray/Franklyn Companies, Maria Barrientos, and R.C. Hedreen. She also served exclusively as a Receiver’s Agent for Seattle Bank.

In addition to condominium development, Melissa works extensively with local home builders on both commercial and residential land acquisitions. She has a keen ability to identify land opportunities where people want to live, backed by her deep understanding of new construction and buyer preferences.
